Our members understand that preparedness involves all of the various components that make up our core values – to provide service, to be ethical, and to act with selfless commitment to safety and resilience.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

Whether related to accessibility, gender, ethnicity, age or sexual orientation, its important to find intentional ways to grow in our understanding and support of others. The Safe Community Projects (MySafe:Riverside) commitment to fostering an inclusive culture is a core component of our mission. We believe identifying ourselves as visible and voluntary allies is vital amidst the challenges all of us face in our daily lives. We are focused on encouraging and supporting an environment where all colleagues feels supported to bring their whole selves to work.

SAFETY

We strive to provide educational content and awareness that promotes safety to all of the individuals we come into contact with. This includes home inspections, training sessions, safety fairs, one on one training, and development of emergency response and emergency operation centers materials.
